Grades K/1- Intro Similar to Tee Ball, K/1 also known as "Micros" is a basic introduction to the sport and is a non-competitive in-house program that focuses on learning basic skills through a series of fun drills and mini games.
Grades 2/4- Instructional Similar to "coach pitch" softball, players are taught basic skills and begin to learn proper positioning on the field through structured zones. 5v5 vs. local teams, small goals, no goalies.
Grades 5/6- Competitive This 7v7 program introduces a larger field, goalies, and score is kept. Girls at 5/6 will develop skills that will help them succeed at the middle school level and beyond.
